In this Research, the calculation evaluation method was analyzed for design certification eval- uation using building information modeling(BIM)-based design data, and the data necessary for design certification evaluation calculation criteria were classified. In addition, a methodology for extracting information necessary for the calculation basis from BIM data was analyzed. The extracted BIM data may not extract accurate information necessary for evaluation while creating data in various ways for each user. This problem is intended to be evaluated efficiently by easily extracting information suitable for evaluation criteria by generating general purpose data. In or- der to generate versatile data, research was conducted on modeling guides, the use of standard- ized data, and the methodology of analyzing various input methods of designers and converting them into versatile data. Regularizing BIM-based design data with general purpose information will contribute to improving the convenience of design workers and certification evaluation re- viewers and reducing errors and review time in the evaluation process.
